If mediators do not bear the rude attitudes of people will be very harmful for both parties.

1.       There should be a gap among mediators and parties which are suffered due to conflicts. There should be little bit frankness among them because of hearing all details otherwise more much frankness will change the decorum of mediation process. Mediators should behave with their clients just like professional not a common person. If people shows rude behavior then bear with patience.
